I'm in the middle of swapping motors from the blaster I just picked up. I pulled the 61x/62t stroker out of it and I'm swapping in a 61x/61x tonight and I need to know what this is attached to the bottom of the 62t case from the waveblaster.

Is it a blaster specific piece that needs to go on the 61x I'm putting in? I have no idea what it is.

You can remove it, but you'll have to use different bolt or spacers on those original bolts.

The rubber spacers are different sizes(heights) for different couch hulls.

The b1 had the shortest height spacer, not sure the exact height. Superjets didn't have any spacers until the '08.

You can also cut one down in height. If you want to remove one, just cut the rubber off of the bolts and tear it off. If you remove the bolts, then you will need to retorque/ reseal them.

You can reuse the same bolts. The old style couch center case bolts had separate spacing washers and the new style bolts have attached self spacing washers. Reuse them with no worries.

You can use the same oem bolts with no spacers. The bolts bottom out on the cases even with that mount being used. with our without the mount the bolts work the same way.
