300/440/550 NEED HELP. PLEASE! Wires

I pulled the motor out of my sx650 to install in my X-2, Got the motors out and noticed the wires coming from the front of both the motors are different.

The motor out of the sx650 has 5 wires.

The motor out of the x-2 has 4 wires.

Both motors wires are different colors also. How can i make the 650sx's motor wires work with the x-2's ignition box.

I would appreciate any help.. Thanks for having such an informational site.

yea no big deal, has to do with grounds if I recall, and they changed wire color from year to year.
