5th line down...for 1/4" id line. what exactly are you looking for thruhull fittings for dual cooling? if so, i don't think you're missing it, the biggest i saw on mcmaster was 1/4".

to run dual cooling, most people just put a aluminum/stainless/pvc pipe thru the hull (see next post)

if i'm way off for waht you're using this for my bad...but no you're not crazy the biggest i saw was 1/4"

Go to a local Hydraulic shop that stocks brass adaptors or possibly a Napa type store, but usually they only stock the minimums

Blue Water Ships store sells the 3/8" through hull stainless fittings for about 8 bucks each.

and to elaborate I just need sometjing so I can connect colling line to one side then go through like this fitting does then colling line on the other side.

not seeing it there.

Chips, Im not sure. There is a store right around the corner from my house. If you need one I can pick it up and put it in the mail tomorrow.
I know I have one in my spare fitting box. I can get a pic of it tonight.
Like I said I think it was $8 something and change.

my thoughts on the the McMaster part linked:

It appears you would need 2 of them, one at the hull, and one in the bulkhead...which means you would need a piece of hose with 2 clamps between those 2 fittings...under the tray...where you can't access it. Hoses fail, clamps fail.

I would not use that arrangement on my ski.
