Super Jet need cooling system help

So i pulled my ski apart for paint and some other stuff now im putting it back together and i cant remember where all the cooling hoses go. what i have is

2 fittings on the head
1 fitting on bottom exhaust manifold
2 fittings on the head pipe (one top one bottom)
1 on the end of the pipe before the waterbox

I have three pissers and 2 exits by the scupper and one on the steering cable side.

I also put in a bilge pump so im no longer using the old stock siphon bilge

anyone give me a little help as to what goes to what?

This is a shot in the dark because the info you posted is very vague. One line comes out of the hull and goes to the bottom of the manifold. Then one will come out of the head and go to a pisser and the other will go to the bottom of the b pipe. Then the line that comes out of the top of the b pipe goes to the stinger and usually has a t for a pisser. However seeing as you have 3 pisser fittings I am assuming you are running dual cooling in that case

One line comes out of the hull and goes to the manifold and both lines coming out of the head goes to pissers. Then another line coming out of the hole (probably through the stock bilge) goes to the bottom of the b pipe, a line then comes out of the top of the pipe and goes to the stinger and is teed going to a pisser.


I have no idea what setup you are running. Pictures and more information would do wonders.

There are a few dozen how to hook up the water lines threads. You should look for one.

Sounds like you have an aftermarket head and pipe.

Pump to manifold. One fitting on head to pipe. Pipe to pisser. Second fitting on head goes to a T, one side goes to the stinger and the other to a second pisser.

LOL...as I have found with my skis is water line routings are never the same.
