Need B1 Parts and have some questions

i am working on a 94/95 blaster hull exchange and wouldn't you know, chit is breaking. SO, i am in need of some replacement parts...

-Fuel selection switch with nut

-Stock choke cable for 94 or single carb primer kit

-Bilage switch bracket for yamaha set up

-Rule 500 bilage pump and hull fitting


if you have any of these and would like to sell them, pm me please!

now for the questions....

anyone know what high & low speed jet sizes to use for a SBN 44 with a pro tech pipe?

and

has anyone found a paint that will resist gas/oil better than others?..... i want to try and paint the burple gas cap/hull fitting black, any suggestions or if some one has a black set up they would part with?????

aaaahhhhh how boring life would be with out projects!

I may have a choke cable. I'll have to dig - but I would recommend going with a primer if you can find one.

Not sure about the fuel fitting. I had mine painted with the rest of the ski with automotive paint. The inside all stripped off right away but the visible part is still good. There are a few pretty trick aluminum gas caps out there to replace the ugly purple one.

Those fuel selector knobs never play nice. I had to drill off the screw on mine this spring and ended up putting it back together with jb weld, lol.

I have an extra black fuel cap. How about $35 shipped for both cap and the part it screws into?
 
may have fuel selector taken care of but i will let you know blaster212!

anything on the pro tech jet setting question? I blew a motor last year and before i dump another one in i want to make sure the carb is set up correctly and rebuilt.....not sure if it was just a failure in the motor itself or it was caused by carb problem. the ski was new to me so i have no idea if this was a gremlin waiting or my bad luck.... but i want to check it all out.

i happen to have the protec manual for the pipe and if i recall correctly it give the jetting for both dual and single carbs...i just have to find it...i'll look for it friday

don't do the bilge in the engine bay.

do it under the battery box in the rear of the ski, where the water is going to collect anyway.

a pwcdoctor drain or a duckbill on one of the drains would be even better if you ride surf.

ok in need of some hull parts now..... I am looking for a rear inspection cover w/ ring (fire ex cover!) and two rear grab handles, these are for a b1 and i need them in BLACK!!!! pM me if you can help please!!! so close to being done with the rebuild!!!! till next of course:dunno:
 
oh and i have for sale a
-94 blurple hull in fair shape, needs glass work in the bottem it is thin from beaching,
-one b1 engine hood with minor glass damage, totally useable
- two top hoods (black) again some minor glass work needed but useable!
