300/440/550 Need a manual for a Kawi 440-2A (aircraft aircooled 440)

A friend of mine got several ultralight planes from an estate sale.
The plane he is focused on first has a 440-A2 motor on it and a spare motor.
I appears to be a regular 440 except air-cooled and a weird reduction gear/pully system for the propellor.
Does anyone have a manual or specs on this motor?

Not sure I'd want advice from a tangentially related internet forum on a motor powering an aircraft. The info you find here for jetski engines is sketchy as fck as it is.

one thing i can suggest after a lot of u/l research. is used plane frames ok, rebuild those and re-use. buy new engines!!! and rotax if available.

F that- ultralights have a glide ratio of like 15 to 1
you can practically get out and push

With the reliability with my 440 2 stoke... ugh.. wouldn't rely on it to fly a plane haha

motor seems to be pretty good. the flywheel is a little rusty but it has good compression
crank turns freely and the rings and pistons look decent through the exhaust ports

the ebox leaves much to be desired . . . . .
