Need a little help

hey guys this may be a stupid question but i took my bpipe out of my square for the first time the other day to install tubbies and repair two broken motor mounts...

im havng a real hard time getting it back in..do you guys have
a trick??...

do i attach the coupler to the headpipe or to the expansion chamber first???...

i tried both ways and had no luck...once i get the headpipe and coupler together then i have the problem of getting it in the water box..

also i forgt if i got the tank or pipe out first..i dont want to get the pipe in and then not have enough room for the tank but if i put the tank in first then there is no way i can get the headpipe and expanion chamber backtogether...

im sure some of you guys have this a million times and have a trick for it..if you do please share

I put the chamber into the waterbox hose first. Then position the chamber where it normally lies.
After that, I put the headpipe (with coupler attached) onto the chamber and bolt it down to the manifold.

Put the coupler on the head pipe, tighten the clamp, then spray the inside with some aerosol glass cleaner to lube it a little (or use spit either will do) Take the pipe and put the side next to the hull in first, then twist it back and forth until the coupler goes on, some times you might to use a screwdriver to get the coupler all the way on the pipe. Then install the water box hose then the fuel tank. Thats what works for me :biggthumpup:
