need a battery

can I run this smaller ETX9 battery and still get away with it vs. the ETX16L? Or am I going to be sorry i went with a smaller capacity?

Any other suggestions / places to get a better price than this?

I bought 2 of those a few months back. Great price on great little batteries.
As long as your ski starts up easily enough you won't have any problems. Keep one of your old full size batteries on hand in case you are having a problem and need to crank it for extended periods...or keep an extra mini.

One thing to think about if you are tempted to get one of the small custom battery boxes is that it limits you if you ever get in a bind and don't have another mini battery, you can't just swap out for a full size, cause it doesn't fit anymore. I wish I had kept my Blowsion trays and made a removeable spacer to take up the extra room.

I have to buy 2 new batteries this year. both skis died at the end of last season. I will probably go with something full sized though.
