Neck Hurts

I wouldn't post this if it wasn't pretty serious pain. Is there anything I can do, I can't hardly look right and tomorrow I have a river rafting adventure with a bunch of friends. I landed my first complete sub today, was quite a spectacle for both me and my friends.

For some reason, my ski intermittently tops out, it bogs down bad as well. I can feel it pulsating the normal power but the low end is rediculously pathetic, as well as mid range to top end. I'm guessing possible the carb needs cleaning and/or adjustment?

I apologize for posting here but you are the only crew I know on this board, and I know how quick everyone responds here. Anyways, please let me know asap what I can do for the neck (I'm not river rafting high either but thanks hah), I'm leaving early in the AM, thanks and again, apologies for posting in the wrong forum. The thread will be gone as soon as I get a reply anyway.

i've had neck injuries from failed barrel rolls. Mine were more the muscle in the neck and upper back. Nothing i could do except let it heal... although a good deep tissue sports massage helped.

put a heating pad on it as long as you can.
take 4 or 5 advil b4 you go.
And just rub/knead it.

I hurt my neck a few months ago, and it doesnt hurt anymore but i cant turn my head as far as before. Its kinda weird.

Thanks guys. I took 2 ibuprofin and some new drug probably similar to vicodin, it was a friends dad's medicine for post surgery pain.
