Super Jet N00b question on How to do dual cooling

This past weekend I had a blast, but also noticed most of the modded skis like mine are running a dual cooling system. I found this and other/similar diagrams:

My question/problem is, my 'header' pipe only has one input, as well as my hull only has one water supply line. The stock bilge lines are blocked off. Can I run just one line from the hull to the bottom of the exhaust pipe, and then split out at the head? My ADA head has two water outs, one is currently capped with a brass fitting while the other is a 3/8" 90 brass.

How do I do this right??

How is the stock bilge line blocked off? Silicone or something? If so unblock it use it for the 2nd line to the bottom of the exhaust manifold, just as the picture shows. You should have two fittings on your head pipe, and one on your manifold, you will have to drill and tap the 2nd one. then add the second line on the ADA head.

In addition to drilling and tapping the exhaust manifold you may have to do that to your pump as well for the additional water line.

How do I plumb the additional water line/fitting to the pump? Theres only one; stock fitting and it's in use. Where is a good place to drill/tap a new fitting into the pump, or should I Y-Split from the fitting on the pump and run through the two hardlines through the hull?

you want two fittings on the pump. There is a nice flat spot on the opposite side of where the stock one is now that you can drill and tap with a 90 degree fitting. Then run 3/8 hose to the stock siphon line and on the inside 3/8 from that siphon line to the manifold. 2 separate cooling lines from pump to manifold.

Also... By modding the pump and adding the additional water line you are losing the stock bilge system so you will have no way to shed water. You will need a way to get water out of your hull. Install a rule 500 bilge pump, or a tube from the hull to the rear with something like this in it http://www.pwcdoctor.net/versiplug_max.html

There is a thread on here, Not sure with one that shows how you can install that tube without even pulling your tray apart.

Whats your engine set up? If you are still running a pump gas 701 dual cooling is not needed. If you ride in very warm water conditions it wouldn't hurt though.
