so here recently ive been having some bad luck with my skis. the last time out my dad and brother collided on my 2 (2 of 3 so glad it wasnt on my sj) and ended up doing some damage to my 650sx and my sit down.
they hit so hard it broke all 4 engine mounts and the drive shaft is currently sitting under the engine i dont have any pictures of the sit down but it was a small whole in the side that will be easy to fix. but i came to the assumption that it would be easier to do a hull swap than fiber glass that hole up. so after a few days of trying to find a hull my uncle comes up to me and says that there might be one of my dads old race hulls from 20 years ago buried in the back of the racecar shop. so i started digging and low and behold i find this:

so i know its early still down in here for a winter build but screw it might as well start early. so after attacking it with the pressure washer (which is a great way to remove 20 year old turf lmao) .this is the way she currently sits.

but have no paper work on it so going to have to do i vin swap from the old hull.
so im thinking complete internal swap from the old hull to this including the pole. some waffle pattern purple and blue turf, and maybe some foot holds (anyone recommend a good pair that fit on the hull with minor modification?) and some reinforcement as well as maybe shorten it a lil if im up to the fiberglass work.
