Super Jet my sn weight... should i de-foam

Location

OK so just weight my SN sj and it was 343 with about 2 gallons of gas and a bit of water in the bilge. Here's what I have done to it.

-2 layers of 12 oz on the sides.
- whole front redone lots of 12oz glass shouldn't crack if I nose dive it in the sand.
- 2 part foam rear
- cut 3" off the back
62t/61x dual carb , b pipe, fp waterbox
- hood redone it weights 20# by itself
- stock tank with cf internal fill
- cf light weight couplers
-9 # battery.

Not sure what I should do I ride 90% flat and sometimes surf. Should I invest in a light carbon hull either kdx or the new circus freak.

That's about what my RN weighed in at after 5 years of abuse, continual reinforcing, and probably some waterlogging. Still rode great, just heavy.
I dropped about 100lbs going to my Superfreak. Ask yourself if you'd enjoy a new hull 6,000-9,000 dollars more.

Keeping money does nothing for me i spend it faster then i make it lol. I can probably save it up faster now got rid of 1 car payment. Hopefully if it goes as planned i'll try to get a new hull next summer.. Drive down to FL and ride both of them.

My SN weighed 340 after a defoam
Dang these heavy ski's. I tried loading it in the back of my truck and it was a nightmare.

Don't bother going to an expensive hull until you are really killing it on a squarenose. Then you will look like a pro on a light hull.

I think too many guys make the switch to big $$$$ hulls before they have the skill to ride them.

Your v wake backflips look good. Put a head, lightweight flywheel(TBM) and MSD-or total loss, and keep riding. Go for the new hull once there is nothing left to glass back together on the square.

just my worthless .02

That is true also, Just trying to figure out what to do, i gotta do a few things to my SN this winter i cracked the bottom of it and its temp fixed and seems to be holding for now, defoam it 1 more time. I already got a 710cc blue/jetmanic motor with head, msd enhancer, lightened stock flywheel.. Probably going to send him the motor and do a big bore this winter and do a power factory pipe. If my tax return is good like last year i might put a deposit on a light hull and keep the SN for surf only or if my wife wants to ride it.
