Custom/Hybrid My SN build

I think I want to set the pump back a few inches. I tried a raider drive shaft and with the pump set back 3-4 inches, it's still too long about 3-4 inches. Is there a drive shaft from another ski that might be the right length to set the pump back a few inches?

I wound up shortening the tray 4 inches to match the 4 inch shortened bottom deck. It set me back a few steps, but I feel it will be worth it in the long run. Now there is no guess work on where to set the foot holds. The good thing about the bob holds is they are adjustable front to back and up & down so I can fine tune them at the lake. Here's some pics.

I'm also going to swap out my exhaust tube that runs threw the right side gunwale to the fatter RN tube.

This is the exact build I want to do. Rockr. Shorter. Bob holds. Can't wait to see the finished product! Let go ride sometime. (I'm in San Jose)

I haven had much time to work on it lately. She's still sitting pritty in my living room. I decided to go a different route on the footholds after I saw a buddy of mine snap both pods with the bolts right off the hull walls. So I'm fabing some non adjustsble solid style holds instead. I will be resuming work on it soon. I'm actually gonna be moving into a house that has a garage!

Looks good. Just defoamed and cut the back off my SN, still need to cut the hood and nose up. But I ha e learned a lot from your build. Might be getting ahold of you for tips.in the future
