My sleeves keep dropping

I have an old sxi motor that I have freestyle ported and is being used in my 2006 X-2 at the moment, the head was leaking the other day so I skimmed the head and cylinder(The sleeves had dropped)
Put it together and have ridden it twice, both times I could see head was leaking.
Loosened bolts on head and could hear pressure being released from all the bolt holes that surround the bores, pulled head and saw the sleeves have dropped again.
Do I just keep skimming until the sleeves stop dropping?

Has the cyl been resleeved? If it hasn't, there really isn't a way they could? I mean, the sleeves have ridges in the outer OD, they are part of the casting when the cyl is constructed. so, assuming the cyl has been resleeved, who ever did the job, didn't set the sleeves all the way home.
I suggest removing the sleeves all togeather & resetting everything. & do a final decking.

Bought the SXI Pro cheap, don't know it's history.
Been looking at it again, seems to be down only about 0.05mm, I think the leaking might be from the 800 head-gasket that has been re-used a few times, I think it's a bit worn out.

I am having that same problem. I had recently bored and ported the sxi to a 760. Put a new ADA head with 200 psi domes, and it pushed the front sleeve down allowing water intrustion and now there is water in the crank case! The motor has never been resleeved so im scratching my head, oh well at least I have my trusty SJ...stupid kawi's
