jvent, that killed my computer too.

Here's my suggestion: resize your pics prior to putting them on the page. You have the full size pics "shrunk" through the browser instead which causes big pains.

For example: The first pic of Bogart upside-down is http://webzoom.freewebs.com/jvent1981/Ronny Ride 2006/P5204259.jpg which you have shown as 484x331 pixels, however the .jpg is actually 3264x2448 and 1584Kb. Firefox (or IE or whatever) has to load the entire image but shrink it down to 484x331 on the fly. It's much better to resize your pics to what you want them shown as so the browsers don't have to do anything, plus your pages will load MUCH quicker.

Easy Thumbnails http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/ is what I use for resizing, it can do entire directories at once, rename, etc and is comletely free.

If you want, resize them all to 1024 max dimension, zip the entire batch and send it to me and I'll stick them in your gallery.

hey yamaslut, tell your boss you neeeeeeed more memory for autocad:biggrin: we have 2,5 GB of Ram so it took a while for me, but wasnt a big deal.

Very cool pics. good camera!!

lol.... we are lucky we aren't drawing w/ sticks here... :banghead:
