My planned BR/backflip weekend killed early

I use the blue loctitie on my plate and grate and it works fine and comes loose when you want it to .The key is to use only 1 drop per bolt .there is no need to soak the whole bolt with any type of thread locker.

I always use blue loctite on every nut and bolt and have never had any bolt rattle loose on any of my ski's .

haha i totally know the feeling of the lost ride plate, shattered mine on a double up and rode around for a little while like WTF is goin on, then i looked underneath...:banghead:

I usualll use a little blue loctite, and I seal all around the pump/grate/rideplate with silicone. I go to take off the ride plate and I can pull all bolts without the plate falling off, then I take the knife and cut a long the silicone and it peels off.

On a plus note I kind of did my first roll the other day. It was sloppy and I need to stop doing the stab technique and keep the nose up but it was about a 3/4 into the water, came off the back when I landed but held onto the ski and kept truckin. Superjett and Squid did not see it so there were no witnesses :banghead: Ski is making good clean power, I just need to work on the technique. Very comfortable with the power thus far.

That is what I was thinking at the time. There are several people from X-H20 in MI but I was just SOL at the time. No biggie, still a great week off of work relaxing by the water:cheer:
