Pneumatically controlled butterfly valve for a dual temp pump. I work in a power plant that services a co-op. 20 8 story apartment buildings and two small shipping centers. That valve puts a stop at the pump. The pump moves water @45-50 degrees in the summer for air conditioning and @130-140 for heating in the winter.

The place is 50 years old and most of the valves leak by. It's hard to service the pumps when you can't get a stop on the water.
