So those are a one size fits all? What size of a hat do you wear Tim? I've been thinking about getting one of these but I can rarely find a helmet or hat that fits.

it's one size fits all but they give you 3 different sized inserts to make it fit your head. there are also 4 adjustments for the chin strap.

mine is not like that... there are straps to adjust things... I really love the rear strap that keeps the helmet rotating w/ your head when you turn it... remember these helmets are made for guys who are hurling hard balls at each other and they need good vision and quick response..
