First off- in the video im honda-14D, my buddy evan on the kawi-99 and my other buddy khris on the quad.
did my first freestyle ramp jump last week at my friends house we set up the ramp to ramp at 10ft for me to get used to but i didnt jump it first i went and jumped the ramp to dirt set at 50ft first. i was more nervous to jump the ramp to ramp than the ramp to dirt, just something about it everybody who jumps it said they felt the same about the ramp to ramp the first time. i think its just seeing the back of the trailer, there is NO room for error plus the landing ramp was a little wet and slippery so it made me nervous to slip when i landed. the only thing i can compare it to after doing it is it's like doing a barrell roll on a ski, you ride around and be nervous and then you get your first one and it's like nothing has changed.
we moved it back to 55ft when it got darker so we couldnt record. the next day we went and set it up at a dealership for a promo thing they were doing and jumped it there.
the ramps are made for a 70-75 jump and right now were jumping at 50ft so were gonna move it back little by little and get used to it and get some tricks down and try to get some shows places locally at dealerships, or store openings etc.
I did my first nac nac attempt at about 53 seconds into the video.
