That's pretty cool. I've been toying with the idea of taking a Carolina Skiff (or similar) and cutting off the transom except for the center so that you could ride skis righ onto it. I saw a sherriff boat in Florida that had this setup for ease of loading/unloading something.

By doing this, it would allow you to boat our skis to a riding spot (for example, avoid kneeling through a 10 minute no wake zone to get to teh ocean.

sell your truck and buy it...that would be alot of work though...i still like that tripple chine w/ the pilot house in the back..i think someone finally bought it though..we could definitly fit a few more skis than my boat

at least...just get a mooring and live on it while you work on it...you would save some rent..bruno might not like pooping on the deck though

this isnt florida:smokin:...you wouldnt make it out of the harbor in a pontoon when there is waves...

i can see it now...brett tires to charge the channel from the west end of San Miguel in his pontoon in 35kt nw winds..lol

seriously though that boat is extreamly seaworthy...its pretty unpredicable here and it can get gnarly quick...that radon is built and tested right here in sb...made for the islands..that ones pretty rough though
