Sinking with the bilge on
Location
Milwaukee, WI
Sorry that this kind of goes back to the start but did you reinforce the sides with only one layer of 12 biaxial? Do you think this is enough also did you screw into your parts you cut out of the tray and then had a piece of wood hold it in place? I hope to do something similiar with my square yours looks very nice.

Thank You

I'm not 100% on the weight of the glass, I got it from Paul of LPV when he was in NJ, he recomend one layer on the sides and 4 Ib foam. When i refoamed i put the peices back and duct taped them and used a peice of wood to hold it. Call Paul he is more then helpful.

this looks worth doing, you have done a great job
would it make my ski balanced again? my dad has a new superjet and this is very balanced but mine goes to one side
also, although this job looks a pain in the bum, does it take a long time to do?
cheers
Dan
