Just got this ski in the fall, and I am attempting to build it up into a freeride ski. Right now im working on defoaming, reinforcing, footholds, and one way.

hopefully it will make it to the rager, this past one my shoulder was separated.. I also have to thank Paul at Jr. Magoos for the Advice on reinforcing and the mat to do it. Will keep putting up pics

i had to take out all the foam to reinforce the back part of the ski, plus the stock foam was slightly waterlogged. Im putting 4 ib foam back in

hijacking here - I see your from Long Valley. Where you do ride? Lake Hopatcong? There is another rider from LV who rides there. Looking for some SU riders to meet up with locally this year.

I ride at Lake Hopatcong in the spring and in the fall, in the summer i have a house at near lavellete. I would love to ride with some other guys at the lake I have only seen 1 stand up other then mine there. Count me in

Got all the foam out, layed 1 layer of 12 biaxial glass on each of the back sides. I put in a 24-7 scupper valve. Now i am extremly ichy because of the foam - Any way to get rid of this? :aargh4: Right now the ski is on its side and i layed out one side of the front glass

I finished laying glass in the hull, I just have to sand the edges a little bit. Put the footholds back in tonight, they are drying right now. Hopefully in the next few days i can put new foam in and glass the access holes and footholds back in.

:17: it helped a little if you showered right after, but i didnt and got little red spots on my forearms for a few days which iched really bad

its been a while since i post on this, i have finshed the foaming and glassed the panels back in and the footholds also. I Cut the stock pole a while ago and wrapped each end in a layer of 12 oz biaxial and painted over that. I also covered the intake holes on the hood and opened up the otherside. Glued in 2 500gph attwood pumps started to wire them up and put some stuff back into the hull. Also took all the stickers off the hull.
