OMG i recently bruised both of my knee caps and thought that was painful i now know i didnt do anything...good luck recovering man thats a tough one to rehab...you have my thoughts.

i now use 661 kyle straight knee gaurds they are awsome nice and compact you dont even know you are wereing them

wax can coment on my ankle
that was a limb half hanging off that required and ankle replacment.
and at the same time i dislocated my shoulder so that my arm was straight up in the air and the top of my shoulder was underneath my nipple.
