What do you guys think my boat is missing real bad once it warms up. I changed coil it wasn't that. I thought if the enhancer was bad it would run like crap all the time what's your thoughts and opinions please and thank you.

If you still have the stock CDI handy, I would swap and compare.

MSDs are not noted for their durablity and longevity.

Have you tried disconnecting the stop switch, black/white wires? This can cause problems if corrosion is causing resistance instead of open in the stop/lanyard cluster. Next borrow a stock CDI and try that. Check the ground wire that goes from the stator to the E-box. If the ground is good and the stock CDI does not help, you need to get the stator checked out. The pulse or charge coil could be failing. Water in either the E-box or the stator cover is always bad, especially salt.
 
Thanks for the help I will check all tomorrow. Stator was new last year didnt think about the stop start stwich though thanks.
