Freestyle MSD total loss brain go out?

Hey guys, Little info on how the problem started. It started a week ago when the ski started cutting out on me on spin combos only... the next few days it wasn't doing it so much. Friday I was riding and it was going great, then starting cutting out. The motor would cut in and out every couple seconds and shut off a few times. After a couple trips to the lake to try out new things, nothing helped... Loaded up and got home tonight, now I have no spark at all.
I am new to the total loss and learning how it works..
The LED on the brain DOES NOT light up... not sure if it ever has(I never looked for it, But don't remember seeing a LED light)
So far I have checked all the grounds, new plugs, Ohm checked plug wires, by passed the kill switch, tried to jump the trigger wires to brain to look for spark, coil grounds are good, ground to brain is good, 13 volts on the constant wire to brain, 13 volts on the purple wire when its plugged in. Checked all grounds good. No LED light no matter what I do, turning it over or just turning everything on.

Think the brain took a crap?? or is there more I should be looking for.

Pull your flywheel, I've seen the magnet fall out, also check for pickup wire damage. My t/l has on and off spark and it ended up being the pickup wires wore through grounding on stator plate.

Did you grease the back of the brain? The epoxy separates from the aluminum and water gets in.

Also if your using the fuse holder that msd supplies with brain goes bad, the fuse may look good but the holder itself went bad on me, took me a full day of wrenching to find that stupid thing.

Pulled the flywheel.. all is good.

Went back to the purple wire and wasn't getting voltage today. Last night I got it most of the time.. So I cut the wire, I was getting 13volts at the eye and nothing at the cut wire, so it had to have a break in it. Replaced that and now I have spark again... ready to go lake test tonight!

Now would be a good time to see if your red led light is working for future diagnosis.
