SX/SXi/SXi Pro MSD Ignition Enhancer

Do these MSD Ignition Enhancers make any difference at all?, easier starting?, reliability? thinking about gettin one (for my stock SXI pro...) but for $287, is it better to spend that money elsewhere?

get the timing advance plate instead.not quite the same thing but close enough for a stock boat.
the msd works well and is reliable if installed correctly.
starting is like stock.

If you get one be sure to run it with an advance plate and retard module. I know that sounds like it makes no sense but the retard module is only for higher rpm.
