MSD Enhancer Wiring Debacle

Wiring up the MSD enhancer to 2015 SJ:

Can the wires for the temp probe that run to the stock SJ head simply be left unplugged and deleted from the entire wiring schematic?
There is a wire coming out of the enhancer thats is colored pink and attaches to the pink wire from the temp probe. The temp probe also has a black wire to accompany the pink wire. However, I do not have a free black wire to attach to the temp probe.
I do not need to make use of the "Hole Shot" function. I have just installed an ADA head, therefore, have no use for the temp probe, either.

Also, if anyone has some pics they took of their own wiring for the MSD enhancer, please share. The schematic from MSD is a bit difficult to follow.

yes, you may just leave the pink wire disconnected. When that pink wire connects to ground (inside the probe), it puts the enhancer/cdi in "limp home mode"- reduced rpm, in case of overheating.
