msd enhancer question

Installing a msd in my 2001 sj. I installed to the diagram specs. I have the pink(holeshot wire) and a ground wire that are not connected to anything. My question is do you just leave them disconnected or do you connect them together? It says nothing about them if you aren't using the holeshot switch. Just trying to get it back together before the nights over.

The pink wire and black should not be hooked together. They are for the temperature sensor that you are likely no longer using.
