Did a race sunday, Bump and Grind in Birmingham AL. Ran across this video on the B-n-G facebook page. First half is part of the course that the Sport, Experts, Pro's ran. When you see the road crossing, that is where our class (Beginner) first goes into the woods. Long ass climb to start with.
