SX/SXi/SXi Pro motor spray?

Anyone on here use a motor spray to protect against rust. I though there was a spray for that but cant remember the name of it.

Always use WD40 on mine. Cheap and available everywhere.

thanks for the info, I called the local ski/4 wheeler shop and they have some in stock. I'll pick it up and see how it works. I was using WD40 but it still let the head nuts rust up a bit, need something a bit thicker...

I've heard about ppl using silicone spray but I've never used it..

The only time I get rust with WD-40 is if I leave saltwater in the engine compartment with the hood closed. One ride I flushed the motor but didn't do a good engine compartment wash, and got a little rust on the plugs (might have missed them though). Otherwise, wd has been awesome. I ran my skis in SF bay for the last 20 years and my engines look like new.

Thanks. I used WD after Saturday's ride and I think it will do the trick. Just don't want it to eat into the paint in the exhaust.
