Motor Shot

Hey guys, I lost my motor this weekend. I was running a 61x single carb setup. The crank gave out and shot a hole through the bottom of the case. Needless to say I need a new motor. I was wondering what my options are rather than spending the money to rebuild an out-dated motor. Does anyone have a good motor that is reliable and completely setup for a decent price? Any help or ideas would be great! Just remember that I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on the dream set-up.

What is left from your Engine ?

I might be interested in left over parts.

If you have to start over I would go with the preferred 62T case/61X Cylinder set up

I have a set of 62T cases and a 61x cylinder with fresh .50 over bore and a set of pro-x pistons(brand new) that I planned on running. I decided I'm going to build something a bit bigger and am looking to get rid of these parts now. I also have a set of stock 38's with a stock intake manifold and a stocker with the crossover filled. They are jetted for a factory pipe with a primer installed. Also have the stock flame arrestor setup for that.

I would sell the cases for 170 shipped, the cylinder with pistons for 250 shipped and the intake setup for 175 shipped. Then you just need a crank and gaskets to be up and running.

The cases have a small mark on the rear cylinder that looks like a rod went at one time and hit the case. It is not in bad shape at all and I wouldn't hesitate to run it.

I have a set of mint condition fresh water cases with bed plates and all the hardware. Excellent freshwater cases with mint yamaha oem paint intact, no corrosion with mint bedplates and case/bedplate/cylinder bolts.

I also have a yamaha OEM crank to go with the 62t cases

I would let it all go for $400 + shipping

PM me if you are interested.
