I AM very happy with the ski...
However the steering cable was broken while the ski was being loaded by one of Jeff's friends. Jeff informed me of this and said the he would refund me the price of or buy me a new cable.
It never happened. I have sent multiple emails and texts with no response.
I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt. So if anyone knows him get him to contact me.
