yep. kinda far. there's some so-so tracks near daytona, but nothing like seminole.

This weekend we had packed and loose sand,mud, hill climbs on rutted out trails with large rocks and roots, over hanging trees, rock shelves. Now this was a challenge.

I have never been on a track but I have seen them on TV.

trailriding can be entertaining. i started with trailriding too.

come down to the track with our crew sometime and form your own opinion. :smile:

i guess we're just lucky to have a track of seminole's caliber right by our houses.

if you look at the aerial track pics, you can see they do have a woods/trails section you can ride. i think maybe 2 or 3 people have ever bothered going in there too. :smile: kickstands only.

there are riders of ALL skill levels at the track. as long as you can keep your balance and know how to shift through your gears, you wont get laughed at. there's even a beginner track for people that arent used to riding a bike yet too! seminole rules. :smlove2:

just remember, when i started riding, everyone was hating on the bikes... now everyone is riding.... currently, we're riding tracks down here.. and everyone is hating on the tracks... follow the natural progression/evolution of things as they flow from SouthFlorida, up through to CentralFlorida, and you'll see it won't be long before you guys are riding perfectly groomed, extremely predictable, boring as hell, manicured motocross tracks.

i'm just sayin.

i would bet every dollar in my bank account and jetrock's combined (roughly, $30), that this 10yr old on an 85cc would lap any KTM on this board at least 12 times in one moto. this kid is SSSSSSIIIIIICCCCKKK.

12 times in one moto huh? I'll take that bet. and double or nothing says I run off and leave you in 5 minutes or less in the woods. triple says you cant hang at my pace ALL day

Way too much hating going on. It's all good, track AND trail. Here in N Fl we're lucky to be minutes away from National Forest and tracks. RC, Davi Milsaps, Ezra Lusk all have tracks close by. If you have not tried it ........
The Nat Forest trails are getting better thanks to the Tallahassee Trail Riders and we also have The Florida Motoplex in Madison to ride track OR trail.
'Saki maybe you and Wolf need to meet on neutral ground and race a hare scramble - FTR has them going on all over the state. Be a good way to settle your differences.

yeah I'm gonna have to completely disagree on that, maybe that works out in Florida..... not going to happen in Cali bro. if your not advanced, do us ALL a favor and stay off the track, period. your risking injuries to your self and USUALLY to someone else.:twak: i have way too many stories of squids on the track which involve injuries and almost deaths.

That is the helmet I wear. Fox v3 its a nice helmet. I am sure he will lap me. I spend most of my time picking my bike up LOL. But for only riding a motorcycle 5 times in my life I am sure I will get better. Trail riding is fun to me. I haven't been to a motorcycle track I am sure its fun and would love to try it but so far I LOVE riding the trails even though I have taken some tough spills.
