so ive got a set of aftermarket 46s here and upon setting them i realised that the plate that plate that covers the jets internally have a code stamped on the top of them now my question is the 46 s have the code R1-2-1 and the other carb has R1-2-2 to the eye look identical , so ipulled my aftermarket 44s apart and the numbers matching being R1-2-4. so does anyone know what these numbers are and can the mis match work as a pair
thanks luke

At the very top of the driveline forum is a huge database of successful carb jetting specs. You may not find exactly what will work for you but you may find something very close to get you on the right track.
