he claim he is not responsible for the lack of packing material and that he made a claim with UPS.
He sold me a water box an intake manifold and a stator for a 750 all in the same box with loose pcs of News paper bunch up
but the weight of the water box crushing the stator and broke off the plastic tab around the coil I got back to him right away and gave him plenty time to act . but since his last email on 11/13 he did not reply to many of my PM asking for a refund or a claim # with UPS. I have save up the box and the part so I can prove my point. If you send part like water box and stator box the stator in a separate box.

I've gotten delicate parts packed with a few shreds of newspaper. It was damaged as well.
As you said, the stator should have been boxed inside of a smaller box and put in with the waterbox. Wadded newspaper is NOT a substitute for styrofoam peanuts & bubblewrap.

After boxing up something to be shipped, shake it as hard as you can then drop kick it into a wall. This is a good way to see if your packings can withstand the USPS and UPS abuse.
