FX-1 midshaft barring swap for 140mm pump swap

How do i remove the barrings and midshaft out of the housing to put new barrings in to use with my zxi shaft? i'm still searching with no luck!

let me know guys i put it in a vise and it didnt budge

any ideas or input would be great!!

You have to use a press
