Well, my stainless steel tray repair got me through the end of last season, but now I am getting serious. :naughty:

I haven't dug the foam out of the back yet, which appears to be the wettest part. I am planning to finish defoaming today.
I have some water intrusion around
1) the exhaust tube entry at the bulkhead (and probably at the exit),
2) around the shaft tube at the suction housing,
3) at the pump shoe screws that penetrate the hull, and apparently
4) at the bond line on one side.

Opinions welcome on best method for each area. I have 5200, resin, fairing compound, some glass cloth and a roll of 3" glass, and am ready to spend to do it right if I need something I don't have.

Another decision is on the best fix for the gap at the top of the footholds - cutting them in to the side more at the base, glassing over the gap at the top, or ??.
