Other Mid-hull bilge location

The Superfreak hulls are so tight and a dry ride. I never used my pump, ever!

I've lost my ski upside down for over a min.... Fired right up. Seen chris do the same thing.....

Tem builds a very tight hull, never seen a hull stay so dry..

Also the freaks are so light when upside down the scupper let's very little water in.

I rode a freak in the surf for 6 months!

That pump will be fine, you only want one to bullsh@t sitting in the water when your scupper leaks.

Not sure if that bait pump is self priming?

Precisely why it needs to be tested first. If not self priming, I have some of the GP800 check valves that could be used to hold prime.

Instead of a basket strainer on the bottom it has an inlet tube. It is meant to install thru the side of a baitwell or cooler but i am thinking you could connect a short hose with a siphon pickup and it will work just as well. You could then remote mount the pump anywhere.

. That is actually s cool idea. I've sold everyone of my stock siphon setups. I'm gonna run the mid-hull location for a while but will def think about that idea. good thinking.

i used to run a pump there and one under the midshaft ... worked great, i made a bracket that came off the battery tray to hold the mid hull bilge pump
