Super Jet mechanical no bottom end coming from idle

so last last few time i went riding my ski runs fine for about 15 minutes untill it warms up. after that it runs like doo doo. i am unable to get any bottom end which is really bothering me since that is what i need. it sounded like it wasn't getting enough gas but ruled out all problems such as: broken reeds, and carbs since robert at jetworks rebuilt them.

robert and i went through everything: needles, coils, cdi, stator, plugs, etc. everything we could think of and it still runs like s***.

any thoughts would help a lot.

Haha... you said doo doo... made me think of Tosh.0's segment.... I am better than you Nah nah nah boo boo stick your head in doo doo

haha

PS: your ski still has more power than mine hahahaha...
PSS: Wanna ride on sunday?

if you have quick-disconnect connectors on your stator check your stator exciter/charging and pulser cranking voltages and resistance cold vs hot, maybe a stator coil shorts when it is up to operating temp.

btw, which CDI you running?

I was going to recommend the tank valve also. Mine was doing the same thing after about 15 to 20 minutes of riding. I cut mine off and left about 6 inches of line with a 45 degree angle cut and it fixed my problem. Also make sure the one way valve is working. You should be able to blow into that line but not suck anything out so you can test that also. You might need to replace that if it is leaking.

Can you rule out the tank valve by opening and closing the gas cap? shouldnt that release any tank vaccum so it would be be like before you started riding/warming it up and give you a few minutes of performancde similar to when the ski is cold if it was the valve?

I'm troubleshooting a similar issue, but I think mine is electrical / related to ignition.

I had that problem in the past but it didn't run any better the first 15 min, turned out to be a compression issue, If your check valve is installed the right way and working correctly, you might want to go thru your carbs again, you might have had a bad batch of gas and plugged your fuel filter, that happend to me last year, I was jetting my carbs and the last time I changed my jets I checked my fuel filter and it was good, I had it dialed in next weekend ran like crap, I ended going thru everything before I checked the filter but that was the problem. Do a once over with your carbs and make sure everything is clean and tight, never a poor place to start

SAME ISSUE
Art at Jetworks did his stage 1 porting on my 06 SJ, new pistons, new crank, modified the stock 38s, and re-jetted. Absolutely no freaking bottom end. Messed around with giving the bottom end carb screws a few turns left and right but it only made it worse either way I went.

Pressure is good in my Cold Fusion tank/pickups/check valve.

Please help :(
