Custom/Hybrid Matte finish on epoxy resin

Is there an additive (like color gels) for epoxy? I'm using 3:1 UsComposites Epoxy, and would like to finish the engine compartment in a matte back finish.

I bought a small squeeze tube of black tint a couple years back so yes, it is available.

I'm spraying everything else w/ epoxy so...- I have the black pigment, but the finish is high gloss, not matte.

sandpaper, i don't mind. It's the other part.
