tryed to plug the hose to direct water straight to the engine but it just blew the connects apart!
am i missing something??
:banghead:

P.S. does this have something to do with the factory b pipe? ADA head?

hi are you running dual cooling ( is there two inlets)

most pipes i have seen are plumbed in like the pic below (ignore the red valve) if you havent got two inlets most people T the one inlet into the bottom off the manifold

i would check your routing again

two inlet hoses coming from the middle of the pump, i put the T on the one going to the bottom of the manifold.
oh and i did see exaust come out one of the holes.
i hate being a noob!!:banghead:

Say again? You ran the kit off your coolant in line? That defeats some of the true purpose of a pisser, which is to 'backflush' crap like sand out of the system. You want to be running the flush kit off your pisser line, or off the line that goes to the head. Not sure why your not getting water out the pisser, that should not happen unless you have a coolant leak. The simplest flush kit is just a straight tube, with a garden hose screw on attachment with a screw on cap. If your kit is coming apart, put some zipties or worm gear clamps on.

And if you ride in salt water, be sure to flush with salt water.

i got 2 holes out the side, 45degree kind.
are the pics not working meatball?
after i made the kit i read about backflushing through the pissers, i may just do that. if im understanding right then i can flush with the hood is on, not sure what hole to hook up to. i dont see how backflushing is any different in terms of cleaning out sand and salt. my kit is tight, it blew apart at a super high pressure!
thanks for the help guys

so after looking at it somemore i decided to do the backflush in through the pissholes, wadya know it worked and is super easy.
still clueless as to why it wont flow up, i read about some waterflow ajustments on the pipe. could that line be closed for some stupid reason??

PSI is about 25 I read at WOT, still not all that much, so with worm gear clamps, it should never blow apart. Just wasnt so sure what those white things in the picture were. Backflushes just goes against the way water usually comes in and pushes stuff back out that wont come out using the regular way water circulates. Salt is the biggest problem though, sand is the second IMO.

yea i was trying to figure out what this is for...

there should be a piece of 3/8's hose coming from the waterline T to a female garden hose fitting with a 3/8't barb. then a plastic blockoff on that when the ski is in use.

having the flush fitting in line like that is ok but the T restricts the water going into the motor a little when your using the T. the next spot for the t would be after the lines leave to goto the pissers from the head.

thats my homemade kit, kinda hard to tell but i had to use 2 adapters to get the 5/8" port of the hose connector down to 3/8". figured plastic was a bit lighter and cheaper than brass. other than those two adapters thats exactly what i got goin on.
may just replace that hose and put it after the head. i know it can flow that way. lol
