im just going to make this quick no need to drag on, this is what happened to me.
bought the pole, turn around was 3 weeks wait time, NP knew this from the start,
8 weeks go buy no pole, tells me it was mailed out after 3 weeks, had no shipping tracking number...
2 more weeks go buy tell him i need pic of recite of shipping, 2 more weeks go buy i get one and i see tracking number, look up says 2 days it will show up, shows up i see he sipped 2 days ago...
with a note inside of the box, poor quality im sorry ill send you another one...
go to install, everything he told me that would work didnt work, like hood mounts, if they didnt work it would of been no problem and i would of moved them B4 I PAINTED MY SKI.... now everything doesnt work properly, quality sucks, i get pissed off.
want to send back he says ok and i pack it up and then we talk and hes going to ship me another one next week with the next batch, ok
2 mothns go by nothing. text him, says all he has is his own personal one, argue again come to nothing, told him just mail me another and ill ship this one back and we are done, will not respond anymore.
guys shady, sounds like he is not sending ppl parts or missing parts and not refunding money. this is my exp with this guy. if i could do it again i would of just bought an aftermarket mount and a RN pole and been done and happy, instead i missed 2 months of riding up here in canada and thats like missing half a season of riding.... well warning to all. take it for what you want. id give him 2 thumbs down...
