Lowered bracket install

Hey guys I just got a lowered bracket but have no idea how to install. Do I have to remove the tank and if so, how? Any advice is greatly appreciated since it appears there’s wires that will somehow have to be routed out of the hole

Yes,remove the tank.
Probably would help with more information as what it is you’re actually working on.

Got a water dog lowered bracket.. doesn’t have a place for the hand pole spring. What are the thoughts on this.. running no spring?
