Super Jet Lost, trying to troubleshoot my motor. Fluid in half of crank.

I have been working through my motor trying to find why I lost compression on the rear cylinder. I posted on this forum and got some good advice but I am still searching for the problem. Originally I blew an oring and had water shooting out the rear of the motor. I opened the head and replaced the o-rings, still had poor compression in the rear (160 front 130 rear).

Now I have removed the head and cylinder jug to examine the piston rings and other components. I cannot see any obvious damage but when I looked down into the bottom where the crank is there is a fair amount of fluid (gas/oil) on the side that the cylinder failed, the front side is bone dry. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. I am rather new to working on these motors but would really like to learn. If I have left out any key info please advise and I will supply, thank you.

Probably a bad needle & seat in the carburetor on that side.
Alternatively, the dry side may have a leaking crank seal.
