It's a stock 62t/61x setup except for the ported cylinders, wiseco pistons, and girdled head. It has dual 38's and they are jetted for a b-pipe with factory pipe's recommendations.

Looks just like mine did 2 weeks ago. Airleak from a bad primer toasted my rear piston. The guy that had my ski previously put the primer fittings down below the throttle plates instead of up top in the holes where the choke plate shaft was. A $12.00 part cost me a rebore, new pistons, rings, wrist bearings etc etc etc.

Lean could be too things - too little fuel (clogged internal filter in the carb? clogged jet?) or too much air (leaky crank seal on that end, leaky intake manifold, leaky cases). Ever have any high-idle issues?

How are the fuel lines run? Dual feed all the way from the tank or single feed? Stock 38's are usually single fuel pump with single feed to the pump and then the return from the back carb feeds the front carbs....so a fuel starvation issues seems like it would show up in the front cylinder first to me. I gotta go back to page 1 and look at your pics again....

I boxed it up and sent it to Paul. He should have it and hopefully some ideas on wednesday. The fuel lines were ran just like stock with a single line off the fuel selector. It does have a primer but it's off the reserve line which I never use for long. Never had any idle issues, just plug fouling in that cylinder.
