BLOWSION! There, I let the cat out of the bag :arms: I'll have my ski with me this weekend at the Surf and Turf race in Panama City, FL if anyone there wants to check my TRIM out......minus the pretty little girl that Saki added of course :haha:

This TRIM gives about 26 deg of movement by my calculations, and since the steering nozzle is extended is has a greater affect than something comparable with a shorter nozzle would have. And as for steering, it allows for 2 ratios on the pump side. I am using the inner most location which gives plenty of steering throw. I had my ski set up before to give me the max amount of steering I could get from a stock set up, this system is every bit of that plus maybe a little more :Banane01: The Reduction Nozzle and Steering Nozzle are aluminum, and the trim ring is stainless steel.......all of which are powder coated. Both the RN and the SN nozzle are built thick enough to allow for over boring too, so you can fine tune your pump to match your setup and get the power where you want it. My RN was 82.6mm, and the SN was 85mm. I am currently having them bored larger to get a little more brap off idle :headbang: I'll give more details on this later once I can get it wet again :bananalama: I should be eating backies for breakfast soon :Banane37:

There ya go class, any questions?

OK, got both nozzles bored out. With the help and expertise of QuickMick (He's ready to work now, anybody else need any machining done?) we bored the RN to 85mm and the SN to 88mm. That should get my Brap back that I've been missing :arms: I'll get some pictures of the complete setup tonight so you guys can see this thing better from all angles.

Thanks for the help Mick!

that looks nice. How much for the complete kit? What diameter does the nozzle come?

The reduction nozzle was 82.6mm, and the steering nozzle was 85mm. The price??? Don't know yet, this unit is the first 'production' version for a SJ :Banane01: I will post the price as soon as it's passed my way :noevil:
