It appear that all this thread make talk ! Ninja is 67 pounds with nothing on it, no sticker, no pole bracket, no hood latch/receptacle, no hood hook, no turf, no foothold.
From Rickter facebook page:
" XFS CARBON NIN-COM weight approx. 30.35 kgs before sticker, clear coat, without front bracket, hood clips, AB system and turf. This is already included long foot box and all laminating had been completed with this ski inside and out. All the current Rickter hulls from late 2013 are coming with stainless steel cooling pipe instead of aluminum. Rok currents competition ski is using the same lay up and it has been proved to handle all kinds of rough landing from professional rider. "
" We had made a lay up with 27 KGS, during testing with Rok's. We reinforced in certain area to prevent fine cracks "
" For your information to Rickter riders, all Rickter Carbon skis are using Carbon Fiber import from UK. It is the same company supply carbon fiber to Ferrari and Lamborghini. All the bag film and infusion materials are importing from UK as well. Epoxy Infusion resin to all Rickter Carbon skis are imported from France. There are always advantage and disadvantage in each products. But we will not compromise on materials we use to produce Rickter Skis. "
