looking for info on my TMI minipro tach

I bought this TMI minipro tach a couple years ago and only used it once for tuning and now wanted to use it again and it does not work. I seem to remember it had an internal battery but the unit is sealed.

Looking for some info on manufacturer or wondering if anyone has taken them apart to replace battery.
