Looking for an engine tuner

I've been having troubles getting the ski dialed in and the season isn't long enough to putter around with the thing, so wondering anyone in Ontario and northern states (NY area) that does this for a living or is just a pro lol?
If in the states I could make a vacation of it.

Phil Clemmons of P&P Performance does it for a living. He’s in Richmond, VA. A bit more southern than you’re looking for, but he’s the best you’ll find.
