Looking for a good place to ride

I am heading down to Davi Milsaps Training Facility in Georgia from N.Y tommarow for motocross stuff. I am bringing my ski just in case.(moto360 is coming with me) Does anyone know of a good place to ride surf between Georgia and Virginia. Somewhere where it won't be a problem if we ride there. Thanks!!!

Please someone give an idea!

We are going it be somewere on the east coast Wednesday 11/05/08 with Superjets wanting to get in the salt water. Where is a safe place? Or who can we contact to find out were we would be allowed to ride. Someone lives on the coast. Myrtle Beach? area maybe?
